GCP authentication in FTL2 uses three environment variables: `GCP_PROJECT` (project ID), `GCP_AUTH_KIND` (auth type, e.g., `serviceaccount`), and `GCP_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_FILE` (path to service account JSON key).
