CloudTrail Lake event data stores have two billing modes: `EXTENDABLE_RETENTION_PRICING` (default, ≤25 TB/month, up to 3653 days/~10 years) and `FIXED_RETENTION_PRICING` (>25 TB/month, up to 2557 days/~7 years).
